Glad that there's a Pro/Con on shortening fellowships in peds subspecialties @pasmeeting.bsky.social ... But people are forgetting that #MedPeds exists, IM fellowships dual train (e.g. Pulm/Crit, Heme/Onc), and #PedsHM still has a scholarly output requirement as a 2 year fellowship
How fitting that on my sedation month the next session I'm attending @pasmeeting.bsky.social is on building a sedation service... Important since it's part of #PedsHM training
