The story is good, BUT important questions about who gets to share that story to a huge audience are posed in this thread. 1st instance I saw of this man embroidering on the street was through @thrasherxy.bsky.social's shared post. I was a tad surprised he wasn't even mentioned in the Vogue article.

I want to write a short thread about this story in Vogue by @thefrankiedlc.news, which I did not like. I wasnt going to say anything publicly, but people keep tagging me on it.

Last image from tonight (short film in the morning): this brother out here with his Singer sewing machine, gifting people a custom embroidery on their jerseys and hats with the name and the date, was more artistic than anything at Burning Man and ad gorgeous as a Caravaggio.
