Alternatively, one could take accountability for their own fucking impulses and behavior.
Belief in an afterlife is for cowards.
Would love an goddamn edit button.

Don't take this post too seriously.
Think I figured out why. It's a very militant take on the concept. An enemy is someone you fight. Someone you war with. There is a violent overtone to it. "The Tempter" makes more sense to me. You don't attack or kill temptation. You resist it. You simply steel your resolve. No violence needed.

Hmm. How to promote this album? How about lofi synth rock with songs about self-sabotage, hustle culture grifters, Twin Peaks, and Doctor Who? I was on quite the collage and mixed media kick when I wrote this so, I suppose, being so all over the place was thematically on point.
People who refer to Satan as "the enemy" creep me the fuck out.
