But all this nonsense would not emerge if:
- No one can demand the exclusion of others from the mainstream provision or part of services, etc.
- Single-sex services can only be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Which is the inverse of what is proposed in the Code.
It is very simple, in 2010 the Labour government passed a law that said that single sex services must be provided solely on the basis of sex assigned at birth, and did not provide any way for service providers to check sex at birth, and did this by also protecting the ability to change legal sex.
