If you can’t tax billionaires & trillionaire because “its unrealized gains until they cash out,” then stop letting them leverage that wealth for loans, as collateral, or as equity. If it’s not real enough to tax—it shouldn’t be real enough to leverage. Abolish billionaires—Protect working people.
“Backed by groups tied to controversial rhetoric” just say socialist, this is taking forever
Desperate attacks, maybe, but they’re also par for the course tactics against a person of color socialist candidate. Got all the notes: darkened skin tones, dog whistles like “wants to divide”, the insinuating yet unspecific charges of statements “laced with antisemitism.”

How long it takes and how hard it is to undo the damage will depend in large part on the political will of the people elected to do it. If you get hand-wringing caveat peddlers who want to deliberate for years before acting it'll never happen. Plan has to be ready on day one
