Two more animal cases of the flesh-eating New World screwworm have been detected in Texas, bringing the total to four, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced Monday.The newest cases of New World screwworm (NWS) appeared in a calf in La Salle County and a dog in Andrews County, according to the USDA. Two cases were confirmed last week in calves in Zavala County, Texas.
