Security Service of Ukraine struck two oil pumping stations supplying fuel to Moscow.
The Vtorovo and Lobkovo oil pumping stations in Russia's Vladimir region pump diesel fuel into the Moscow Ring Oil Products Pipeline and transport petroleum products for export to Baltic Sea ports.
