I have my steam deck hooked up to my TV running Jellyfin for movies and music, and Moonlight to mirror my PC for games.
I honestly don't see why the Steam Machine is necessary when cheaper tech can do the same thing. Hell, I could move this to a raspberry Pi if I wanted to.
