Jorge Ruiz Zevallos, a final-year PhD candidate@UEA, screened a short film, "Kagarika eiroegi; Pairi?" (If Not Us Then Who?), showcasing the indigenous people of Boca Kiatari's efforts to preserve their environment. The film is used as a tool for dialogue in empowering marginalized communities.
Rachel Carmenta, a member of the Global Environmental Justice community, has co-authored an article on fire governance 🔥. The study reveals that understanding different perspectives on fire management is key to effective governance 💡.   Read the full article here bit.ly/4c8UN2y to learn more!
