Right now, the only way to prevent Long COVID is to not get infected with or spread SARS-CoV-2, which our society seems to actively discourage. No KN95/N95s required anywhere, no mandatory improvements or indoor AQ 😷 no paid sick leave or universal health care to stop/slow the spread.
So one of the things I do at regular intervals is a literature scan on long covid prevention
Basically, no one giving a fuck about preventing this fucking awful disease is getting a bit demoralizing
