a lot of people liked this and i considered redrawing more scenes and even had one picked out (kiyomaro accidentally slamming a door in gash's face because he got distracted by a snail) but i ultimately never did it
i love kng. anime reboot someday i hope. i can't believe it's actually possible...
so speaking of kng, i remember a long time ago (in 2017...) i redrew scs from the faudo arc that i really like with a bunch of vocaloids. it's really old art that i'm embarrassed by now so i'm going to hide it in the replies here, but i never posted it anywhere outside of va so now it has a new home

i hit the image cap on va with the 25th image and i posted the rest in the comments, so i didn't color the final images because i was very exhausted lol

the only deliberate character assignments were:
kiyomaro -> kiyoteru
gash -> yuki (ofc)
momon -> dex (for the joke)
unko tintin -> mikudayo (couldn't think of anyone better)
umagon -> kaede-san (was popular at the time + worked perfectly)
everyone else was just randomly assigned
