Valve has at least one dude working on submissions who is flat out racist and we've known this for close to a decade and yet nothing has changed
re: getting your paypal nuked (or stripe, your bank account, any visa/mastercard access, etc) Please report your experience to the FTC and the OCC. They're already under pressure for debankment and we want to stress how important this is (and once again, the OCC mentioned adult entertainment)
