Outdoor Alliance commends the efforts of Reps Gabe Vasquez (D-NM), Juan Ciscomani (R-AZ), Joe Neguse (D-CO), and Dina Titus (D-NV) to ensure that public lands are treated with due care, and never used as a revenue raiser for budget reconciliation.

Lawmakers in the House have introduced bipartisan legislation that would protect public lands from being sold off as part of budget reconciliation. Last year, a proposal to sell off public land was extremely unpopular with outdoor recreationists, resulting in millions of letters to lawmakers.
