Looks like Kansas City, Mo., was expecting to round up masses of people during the World Cup.
So, the city spent $25 million for a temporary World Cup jail while it builds a $151 million detention facility slated for the same location.
Unbelievable.
City officials now say the $25 million facility won’t be used during the international soccer tournament at all.
