No. From 1975 to 2015 there was a near-universal agreement that trans women in sports meant “fully sex changed transsexual woman who was now just a woman” and not someone who merely reduced their testosterone for a year or two while remaining visibly, socially, and biologically perceivable as male.

There wasn't a problem with trans people in sports at any level. Trans women have never dominated any sport.
If trans people were proportionately represented in women's Olympic gold medals (just to take an easy example) we'd see a few trans women take gold every year, instead of zero ever.
