I grew up on a dairy farm & the idea that anyone would consider consuming raw milk is fully BONKERS. There are SO many awful pathogens that can inhabit milk. Forget severe gastrointestinal distress, you can literally be paralyzed from Guillain-Barré syndrome. WE HAVE PASTEURIZATION FOR A REASON.

The vibes were good, but not good enough. I got stuck in cuckoobananas long lines for the new nonsense automated ESS EU Entry/Exit system for Passport Control full of multiple automated passport scans, digital photos, and biometric fingerprint scans and missed my connecting flight as a result. 😑
We located Conditori La Glace, a bakery that was founded in 1870 & has consistently supplied the Danish Royal Family so of course I had to buy a Jordbærtærte, a tart with Danish strawberries, cream, hazelnut and marzipan in a shortbread crust (worth every kroner) 🍓
