A new Guttmacher report: Current abortion numbers remain stable nationally, with shifts in where abortions occurred. In states without total bans, abortions declined slightly from 1,049,000 to 1,036,000. In states with total bans, telehealth provision continued to increase from 74,000 to 91,000.
