The @europarl.europa.eu has formally adopted the revised Victims’ Rights Directive which, for the first time, clearly defines the SRH services that must be available to victims of sexual violence across Member States, including access to abortion, emergency contraception, PEP and STI testing.
The European parliament approved new EU rules to reinforce support and protection measures for the victims of crime, as well as their rights in criminal proceedings.
