Liberal Democrat run Somerset Council’s Imagine the Possibilities programme has been awarded silver at the national LGC Award for helping young people with SEND move into paid employment.
Over the weekend I was out engaging with residents in Poets' Corner, with Councillor George Darling and volunteers.
Many residents were pleased with the bench that George got renovated in the neighbourhood.

Many people will know him as Oli from Oliver’s Coffee shop & wine bar. He has been a volunteer for Guildford Samaritans for 10 years and represented the branch as Branch Director.
