It's a mixed bag with Shapers in the Lostland. They can cause a pretty big panic if one goes wild inside of a city, but they're such a rare sight and blend in so well, that there's not too big a fear of them. The few that crop up either become Mercs or live on the fringes. #<3ocworld #writesky
