Saw a Cybercab out of my Waymo ride. #Singularity
I like this one too: „A training captain of a Saab 340 was betting with his students that the weight-on-gear mechanism would prevent gear retraction while on the ground.“ He lost the bet…. Plane was irreparabel! aviation.stackexchange.com/questions/26...

Of all the books banned in Utah, „Mein Kampf“ is not one…
An internal model from OpenAI disproves a conjecture by Paul Erdös, and eminent mathematicians confirmed the correctness: cdn.openai.com/pdf/74c24085... Can any math adjacent folks on bluesky chime in on this? Watershed moment, or low hanging fruit for AI?
I think we have some work to do…
Naively, to disprove the conjecture, one counter example graph is sufficient? Is this something a neural network can just power through and exhaustively look for a graph that disproves the conjecture? Not to downplay the achievement, just wondering if this problem was good fit.
