Found out a cool way to apply these emblems on the hats while working on 'em

Set the whole particle to work dynamically, was a fun experiment (Still couldn't implement it fully ingame since Billy's ult didn't expose anything that could change the particle)

It's just that easy! (It deserved some sound I thought)
