Found a city worker finally to ask what's up. Realigning pipes & resin patching "but don't worry, the odor is not harmful"
As someone who works with resin on a semi-regular basis I know that smell and that's some bullshit. ¬_¬
The odor is predominantly in the WORST part of the house to circulate air
Whelp….. was trying to work, but the city is doing some kind work in the sewers and my whole basement studio smells like chemical adhesive. 0_o

Spent the morning putting some plants in our garden planters we had built last year, and 3 separate groups of people walked past telling us they looked really nice.
Nothing against a nice compliment, but I’m pretty sure the comments were more disparaging of how our ugly our yard USED to look >_<
