Ah, so 2 things ruining the job market for young grads: 🌏Remote work -- Work that don't require you to be somewhere is now open to anyone anywhere. 🤖A.I. -- Entry level jobs have vanished. As A.I. helps simple tasks get done, entry-level job workloads has been moved onto experienced employees.

I’m actually open to AI as a technology. What I’m against is how AI is just being forced upon people, and how AI is used to replace people rather than as a tool to help their work to be easier. 😓

Storyboarding is absolutely the most vital part of production. In the manga industry, nothing goes ahead unless the "name" has been approved. If something is boring, the editor will red flag. You'll need to fix it within a very short amount of time for reapproval, so not at all a low-level skill!

This article specifically talks about young graduate job opportunities dropping 16% 😳 due to AI. Entry-level jobs where people gain experience are being eliminated.
