Very excited to be sharing our new paper, just out in Nature Cell Biology! The big question we investigate: How do migrating cells put their front 🔴 and back 🔵 in the right place?
The map generalizes: it predicts fate after BMP titration and pharmacological perturbations of Wnt, ERK, and YAP. Even more strikingly, we can do zero-shot prediction of drug perturbations from control data alone.
