They talked about scams & fraud, when in fact, USAID was money well spent to help education here in Ukraine. My wife's uni was displaced 3 times & she gives classes online with her USAID laptop for years.

I noticed something where my wife gives online classes. Her communal staff laptop was provided by #USAID. Her uni was displaced from Donetsk City in 2014 to Pokrovsk, then to west Ukraine. The Russians bombed her uni. My wife's macbook is an old 2011 model. The extra USAID laptop really helps her.
