Maine Sea Grant, alongside a team of Maine scallop enthusiasts, hosted top chefs and food writers from across the country for a scallop merroir tasting focused on Gulf of Maine scallops. The goal: explore how place, harvest method, and management shape both flavor and the future of our seafood.
