Another day, learning about two more business closures near Hennepin in the heart of Uptown. Situation is borderline catastrophic, long-time residents in a state of total despair over it. I don’t know the solution but this isn’t happening anywhere else, something has gone incredibly wrong here

This is why I'm freaking out about Hennepin Avenue. These are closures from the last few years. I'm sure it's missing some because this is mostly from memory. The white boxes were replaced. The red boxes are CURRENTLY VACANT STORES.
It's an extremely bad situation.
