Currently in the WTF am I doing stage of gutting and rebuilding an old camper van. Should be down to the ribbing by end of day tomorrow. Ready to deal with rust and holes. Replace some of rotted ribbing. Then insulate and build :)

They also keep that extra burden off of first responders like fire fighters.

Oxygen to the brain is imperative. A slow medium breath every 5 seconds. You want to watch for the chest to rise. If it doesn’t check your seal around the mouth.

This work is hard. Many are carrying grief, exhaustion, and uncertainty. But we are stronger together, and none of us do this work alone.
