No one knows what the law is right now. Why has the supreme court put the entire country in legal challenge roulette
When I was explaining what the draft code says to a client and that as written there isn't any completely lawful way to follow it, they were like "...so what do we do?"
I said "You'll have to ask parliament."
And it's worth fighting for.
She's now saying "oh organisations can just get legal advice if they have any specific queries about the code"
Motherfucker the legal advice a lot of legal experts are currently giving is "we have no fucking idea and we won't have a solid idea until the first place gets sued for discrimination"
