Los Angeles-based Samuelian Group has announced funding for a new affordable housing complex along Sunset Boulevard in Echo Park.The Flats on Sunset Group, proposed for a site at 1150 Sunset Boulevard, calls for the construction of a six-story building featuring 237 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above parking for 217 vehicles.
