A single-family home located just west of Century City is set to give way to apartments, according to a new application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.The proposed project from applicant Mehrzad Shirani Lapari, slated for a site at 2217 S. Fox Hills Drive, calls for the construction of a seven-story building featuring 17 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above parking for six vehicles.
