That being said, I feel im still far in the beginner stage of fursuit making, and the intermediate stage of digital art. I find fursuit making more rewarding currently, and the cost of spending and gaining from fursuit sales will only go up.
Has anyone else in the fandom had this dilemma?
Im so on the fence about the direction I want my account to go. With school and 30hrs of work a week its hard to dedicate time to either craft, but ive been trying to decide on whether to focus on digital art or fursuit work exclusively. Both could be improved so much, but I think i need to choose.
On the other hand, digital art requires $0 to start up (ive got like 4 tablets now). Fursuit making is a money sink at first, and ive put the debts in to make it happen. But it is extremely costly, especially with beginner prices. Ive made no money on my last commission, im in the negatives!

Ive been drawing for about 10 years. September is my 10 year anniversary of starting digital art! I started fursuit making in 2020-21, and have already improved leaps and bounds. Both crafts feed into each other but I want to delve deeper into just one. Thinking longevity, it might be fursuit making
