Great to see the result of this huge effort to better understand the course of low-back pain based on opinions from a large group of experts: link.springer.com/epdf/10.1007... Thanks to Jacek Cholewicki for leading this.
😃 In a new article published in J Biomech, Zhang et al. show that landing with foot abduction and initial lateral heel contact realigns force vectors, reducing knee joint loading. It promotes a shift from single-joint control to a multi-joint kinetic-chain synergy. 👀https://buff.ly/k7pXizM
