Using small sensor techonolgy inside a backpack attached to the birds, we found that thrush nightingales cross barriers in 4–5 consecutive night flights. During daytime stops within the desert, they stay motionless and seem not to refuel. So where do they get the energy for this journey?➡️(2/3)
