On top of the back pay we owe the hoa, we also have to pay our portion, equaling $6k for elevator repairs that our building voted on. They calculated it based on how long we've lived at the residence, what floor we're on etc. There's no way we're gonna survive. Help if you can? gofund.me/921d3e7ad
