Halfway through the NPCs chapter. Half-considering crowdsourcing the rest because shit is difficult.
"I better add some pre-made stuff" is the reason this project is taking as long as it is. I think it'll be worth it though, anything that adds to the vibes and flavour of a GM's toolkit usually is.
