If you have a glass-top table and a dog, you're probably seeing a lot of this sort of thing.
The dang dog keeps yapping at me to get a job. Oh, and like finding something halfway decent to watch on basic cable isn't a job?
Our Stomper cat, the mascot of our Athens, Ohio, used bookshop and the official greeter for all the shelter cats we fostered there over the years. The Ohio University mascot is a bobcat, so we had a lot of folks speculating that our mascot was a baby bobcat. Nope. But he appreciated the comparison.
Frustration is getting over 100,000 words writtenin you manuscript and then having almost no time to write more because everything is dire and you desperately need a roof and eight million other things more than getting your novel out.
