I DID IT!!!
I figured out the twist bones without having to redo a lot of the arm!!!
2 twist bones for the arm
Need to make some adjustments to the elbow area, but as you can see at the end the result is much nicer compared to what i had before.
Next, to fix the upper arm and add constraints
