The widescale dehumanization of the homeless needs to studied.
Homeless people are being treated much in the same way pest animals often are, and there is something so deeply sinister about that.
Like these deterrence methods alone are similar to ones many places use to deter birds.
There's this plaza I would ride through and now there's speakers everywhere blasting voices that I can't understand as psychological warfare against the homeless.
Not like that's disturbing enough for the average person.. scaring them off instead of trying to help them more I guess.
