Granted those who think they know me so well only know me through a rapist's opinions of me so I certainly don't take it personally :o) They also don't know how horrifically abused I was as a kid by men & deeply neglected but I don't owe them my story. What gross ppl think of me is none of my bsns
This is hard for me. I feel immense guilt if I "ignore" things for even a day for my own mental health, but aside from donating/emailing/calling where I can, dwelling is not actually doing anything other than making me so drained I don't move or do anything the rest of the day
