it's easy to follow a c0mm prompt or to just draw a bustshot but when it comes to thinking up my own ideas from scratch my brain just is empty

I am allowed to draw a thing for myself but I am paralyzed by choice
my sleep study stuff ended up amounting to nothing, and nothing got better. ended up having no leads, and got directed to a neurologist for sleep seizures, which also did nothing
so I've still been living with shitty sleep and vivid, unpleasant dreams. idk. it sucks really bad and bums me out
