An SUV driver exited a parking lot in Del Mar Heights into the path of an oncoming motorcyclist. The motorcyclist crashed into the SUV, then struck another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. Motorcyclist suffered a compound fracture and open fracture to his right leg. #VisionZero
