A 39-year-old man was fleeing police in his car in Pacific Beach, then crashed into another vehicle. A 24-year-old woman inside that vehicle was hospitalized with multiple fractured vertebrae. Driver was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and evading police. #VisionZero
