I just feel like every person in this country needs to know DHS is now explicitly paying bounties to local cops and sheriffs for each child + teenager they track down on behalf of ICE.
While I'm not an attorney, I don't use that language lightly.

That's particularly concerning when this language also refers to the agency's new business ventures in tracking down up to 450,000 "missing"/"lost" unaccompanied children living in the U.S.
