The Russian Navy’s Dubna-class oiler Pechenga was reported at 08.9N, 108.4E at 1802 UTC on June 10, heading southwest at 11–15 knots (via @te3ej).
Based on the last known position of the Andrey Stepanov, Pechenga appears to be heading in its direction, possibly for a rendezvous.
