Wooden telegraph poles on Holcombe Moor
Upper Coquetdale. The power lines were only installed last year as electricity was brought to this part of the valley and its scattered farms for the first time.

A bit niche?
IMHO, the Clientele are the best British band of the last 30 years. There are some who share that view and you should listen very carefully to what they have to say. Perhaps you will fall hopelessly in love with them like we did. Sublime playlist to follow soon.
For those who have not heard of these books, they are incredible and somehow entirely under the radar. Highly recommended for fans of SF or Fantasy!
Day 3: Part of 'The Father's Suite', recorded live with brass band - a stunning version of Ewan MacColl's song. Dick Gaughan's recording of it also comes highly recommended.
