it's hard to explain. He's not exactly mean on purpose, but can be blunt and honest. Although, he does put up a facade of caring kindness at times to keep lost souls calm. He (in the current part of his story) lacks a lot of empathy and focuses on the big picture of his goals. He is quite calm
