And today we're chilling out front together after hitting up Grand Old Day this morning

Almost a decade ago, I was very Special Interested in mushrooms and developed an organizing training framework based on mycelium.
The core teaching was, people think the above-ground part (the mushroom) is the body of the organism, but that isn't the case.
So too with movement.
