I took this video, which appears to show the reflecting pool workers picking at peeling sealant, on April 27.

Already have another update on the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. They are painting over the bright blue that Doug Burgum originally shared. Unclear if the brighter blue is some kind of primer and this was always the plan, or if they changed the color.
